I'm going to reveal to you how much money YouTube channels can make at different view counts. But before I do, I think you should understand the four different ways that YouTube channels can make money. And these four ways are adsence This cannot be further from the truth. I have channels that have over one 1 million subscribers that make less money than channels that I run with only 50 1000 subscribers. So, a subscriber account doesn't matter. But what does matter is your monitor message and the number of views that you're getting. Your views in the quality of those views are way more important than Scribers that you have and well, it might be cool to get playbonds and brag about how many subscribers you have. What's way cooler in my opinion is making a ton of money and providing a ton of value to your audience. Now, for this video And in order to figure out how much money that you will make from ad revenue we need to take into account something called CPM CPM stand for cost per one 1 million it's essentially how much money you make per 1000 views RPM is actually how much you get paid out per 1000 views but I'm gonna be using the two terms interchangeably here and buy CPM I also mean RPM even though technically they are different things. And in order to get an idea based off of my experience running channels and all kinds of different niches. In low CPM niches I typically see Greatly impact the amount of money you're making from YouTube. For the purpose of this video, let's use a middle of the road estimate with $seven per 1000 views and we'll use that as our CPM. And now when it comes to calculating our affili Unfortunately in every single niche however there are niches where there's tons of affiliate products and great ones to promote and did the niches that I recommend going into that have great affiliate products would be health, wealth, happiness, relationships, and travel. And then As your overall niche. A sub niche of that would be investing. If you chose health a subnitch of health would be for example weight loss. Stand in order to find affiliate product you can go to websites like Click Bank. Com and did you store 24. Com. And you can also go on to big YouTube channels within your niche And then see if they're having an affiliate program for that. And now let's go over how much money YouTube channels can make at different view counts. Now do wanna give a disclaimer here that I'm not saying that if you get these view counts you'll make exactly this much money. It's not possible for me to predict that nor is it for anybody. However, this is going to at least give you an idea based on Mike's experience running tons of Different channels in different niches. How much money these channels could be making? And it might really open your eyes too in inspire you to do YouTube Videos getting 100 views per month each and boom you hit a 1000 views per month now let's take a look at how much money you would make from ad revenue given that $seven CPM Affiliate marketing. Let's say we're in a good niche that has an affiliate product to promote. Now let's say we're going to promote a $100 product. There's products out there that are way more expensive where you can make way more for example $1000 product. But let's be conservative here. Let's say that you promoted a $100 affiliate product and you got a 50% commission of that. So every You get $50. And let's say oh. One% of your 1000 views per month by the product. That would equal just one sale. So boom you have $50 from affiliate products and $seven from out of new giving you your grand total of $57 per month at 1000 views per month. Now let's kick it up a notch. Now let's  go 10 1000 views per month. Well given our $seven CPM that would be $70 now from ad revenue so that's 32 increase nicely. And given the same math for the affiliate products that would now bump us up to $500 from affiliate marketing. That'd be 10 sales at $50 each and I'm not factoring into account refunds or anything. We're just doing some But this is at least going to give you an idea and as we get up into the higher view counts you might be shocked at how many different channels could be making you probably watch tons of channels on YouTube and don't even realize like they could be running a big business doing this not Money you can potentially make. And now let's bump it up to 100 1000 views per month and I'm highly confident if you're in a good niche that's been proven to work. There's tons of videos going up regularly with over 5200000 views. Can you do a little bit of market research? This will then show you that it's possible for you to do it as well. If there's tons of channels in an inch getting a one 1 million views per month you can Definitely get 100 1000 views per month. If only you create videos as good as the videos that are performing well within that niche. No matter how much competition there is. So 100 1000 views per month would now bring us up to $700 from ads which is very nice. But what's even nicer is affiliate revenue. We would now be pulling Per month. A lot of people could quit their jobs with the amount of money that we're making now and now would bring our grand total now up to $5700 per month if we're getting 100 1000 views per month in a good niche, we'll probably now be having brands reach out to us too for sponsorship product placements and stuff like that. So let's say you do at least one product placement and make at least a couple of $100 if not 1000 $1000 from it. Then that would be hitting $6000 per month. And now let's get to where things get very fun. Which is one 1 million views per month. This is usually my goal when I start new channels and it depends on the niche. Some channels that I Are much lower than that. Just due to the fact that there's not as much demand but in more entertainment focus niches, we can definitely hit one 1 million views per month and this is where things start to get fun. Now, from ad revenue, we're going to be pulling in $7000 per month and from affiliate products, if we use the same math that At $100 affiliate product with a 50% commission we would be pulling in $60 thousand per month from affiliate marketing so our grand total then would be 57 1000 per month if we do a couple of affiliate products sell bump it up to at least 60 1000 which sounds $1000 per month from YouTube and some other income streams that I have and it sounds absurd but when you do the math and you break it down, you can actually see how exactly this is possible. Now, if you recall earlier in this video, I send that CPM is very important. It's determining how much money you make per 1000 views Make 30 to 50 dollars per 1000 views. And I'm gonna reveal the best five CPM niches in just a second to give you an idea of what types of channels are actually making that much or more per 1000 views. But first, let's go over some of the math that we just did but now plugging in $30 per 1000 views. As an example, if we Jose hi CPM niche and we're just gonna take a new account and add revenue for this so I'd 1000 views per month that'd be $30 per month from ads at 10 1000 views per month that would be $300 per month from ads at 100 1000 views per month that would be $3000 per month from ads and add one 1 million views for a month that would be $30 thousand for mad And then if we threw affiliate product on top of that or you sell something with your channel it can get crazy and that's where we can start to get up to six figures per month or more. And some of my channels just focus on adding revenue alone because there's not really anything we can do to sell something with those Hey good example of that would be this channel that you're watching right here called Make Money Match because on this channel not only do I How to grow channels on YouTube and stuff like that and this makes even more money and it helps a ton of people so I think it's a win win. And now like I promise let's go over some of the best high CPM niches from my personal experience. So I have a list right here and I'm just gonna go through them real quick. We have finance. Make money online. Technology, health, investing, travel Eagle insurance makeup marketing real estate cars movies and what I really recommend is choosing niches that you have someone of an interest in so you don't just quit you know when things get hard and you upload 10 30 videos don't see a ton of traction it usually takes 30 to 60 Gross on YouTube but with that being said it's well worth it when you do experience that growth and I also recommend thinking about affiliate offer opportunities and also if you could sell something like your own course or something else that would make you even more money from your channel and if you're thinking about doing a niche and you wanna do market research to see if it is a good niche to do. I highly recommend doing it in This equation for your channel. So what I typically do when I'm researching new channels if I see a cool idea that's popping off on YouTube and I think to myself maybe I should make a channel within that niche. What I personally do is I pull up five different channels that are within Write down how many views per month each of those channels are getting I see how often that they upload on their channel and I calculate out based off of a reasonable CPM how much money that those channels are making and take the average of that see how often they post and I ask myself can I post that off in as well and if the answer is yes then I can produce content that's equal in quality then I would Definitely jump into that niche. I also like to take a new equation how much it's going to actually cost me to produce videos.
